Here’s how our service works:

1. We come visit on a regularly scheduled basis depending on your needs (Weekly, 2-week, 3-week, 4-week, or 6-week) to deliver product and service equipment. We always come by whether you need product or not. That’s a part of our service. 

2. Whether you need supplies or not, we will be in to keep up on the finer points of our service. So, there is never any need for you, the customer, to waste valuable time inventorying and checking supplies. We do it for you. We rotate, stock, and inventory your supplies to ensure that you never run out of product. 

3. We will provide you with a coffee brewer, either through a rental program or loan program based on your needs, and also service it as needed at no charge to you as thanks for purchasing our products. If you own your own equipment, then you qualify for special rates on repairs and parts.
